Who is responsible?
Eurosalesman® AB, with org. No 556670-8557 and mailing address Reimersholmsgatan 79, 117 40 Stockholm (in this policy called ‘Eurosalesman®’) is the controller for the processing of your personal data when Eurosalesman® provides and markets products and services and for other contacts with Eurosalesman®, such as visits to our web shop or cases e-mail. As the controller, it is the responsibility of Eurosalesman® to ensure that your data is handled properly and safely in accordance with the applicable legislation.
What personal data about you are we processing?
Eurosalesman® collects and processes the following categories of personal data about you as a customer or potential customer in the context of making purchases, using our services and marketing and marketing of our products and services.

If you have the right to use different offers or discounts through membership of different federations or organisations that have negotiated agreements with Eurosalesman® for their members.
From which sources do we collect data about you as a customer?
Eurosalesman® collects your personal information directly from you when you place an order, visits the Eurosalesman® home page, participates in our events, clicks links in digital commercial communications that we have sent you, is in contact with our customer service, and when you are otherwise in contact with Eurosalesman®, and provides information about you. Information about you is collected on these occasions to enable you to contract with Eurosalesman® and to provide Eurosalesman® with its products and services to you.

We’re retrieving information from public registers through third party address update services to verify that we have the right contact details for you. We are retrieving data on credit ratings from credit rating agencies, information companies or banks. We also obtain information for marketing purposes from social media.
Why are we processing personal data about you?
Eurosalesman® collects and manages data about you for various purposes. These purposes set the external framework for what we can use your personal data for. Below we explain the purposes of our treatment and give examples of the treatment activities that are carried out for each purpose. Please note that some of your personal data can be processed for multiple purposes.
A: Manage orders and purchase Processing of personal data for this purpose includes activities such as identifying you, sending order confirmation, managing payment for ordered products, and assessing the means of payment that we can offer you (based on contact details, ordered goods, payment history and financial information), delivering orders, and handling complaints and warranties for purchased products and services. What are the legal grounds for our processing of your personal data?
For Eurosalesman® to have the right to collect and process your personal data, there must be a legal basis for each purpose for which the data are processed. The legal bases on which we are based are described in this section. Please note that several legal grounds may apply for the same treatment.
A: Legal obligation This basis means that our processing is necessary to fulfil a legal obligation required of Eurosalesman®, for example, to record payment data to meet the requirements of the Accounting Act.

Eurosalesman® saves personal data related to your Eurosalesman® account as long as you are active by interacting with Eurosalesman® in various ways. If you have been inactive for a certain period of time, the Eurosalesman® account will automatically close and the personal data we have collected and processed to provide the Eurosalesman® account and the services associated with the account holding will be deleted. Who do we share your personal data with?
Eurosalesman® may disclose your data to other companies to share our offerings, products, and services. The recipients of your personal data can be either the personal data processor to Eurosalesman®, that is, a company that processes your data on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions, or an independent personal data controller, that is, a company that is responsible independently for the processing of your data when it has a direct relationship with you as a customer as a payment solution provider. Where do we store your personal data?
Eurosalesman® will primarily manage your personal data within the EU/EEA. What rights do you have as a registered customer?
Eurosalesman® is responsible for processing your personal data in accordance with the applicable legislation. This section describes your rights related to our processing of your personal data. At your request or on our own initiative, we will correct, identify, delete or supplement data found to be inaccurate, incomplete or misleading. A: Right of access to your personal data We want to be transparent on the way we process your personal data on Eurosalesman®. B: Right to rectify your personal data Eurosalesman® is concerned to have accurate and up-to date personal data. If the data we have about you are incorrect, you have the right to request that they be corrected. You also have the right to complete any incomplete personal data, such as: if we have the right street address but have no street number. At your request, we will rectify as quickly as possible the inaccurate or incomplete data we are dealing with you.
C: Right to delete your personal data We respect the fact that the personal data we process about you are borrowed from you.
